Trunk started at a UPS Store counter. I'm the guy behind it. Day after day, I watched customers walk in stressed, digging through emails, squinting at screenshots, hoping the right return code was still somewhere in their inbox. Some showed up too late. Some didn't know they needed a box. Some just gave up and ate the cost. That's not a one-time thing. That's hundreds of people, every week, losing time and money to a process that should be simple but isn't. Nobody was solving this from the consumer side. Everyone was building tools for retailers. Nobody was helping the actual person standing at the counter, overwhelmed. I couldn't keep watching it happen. So I stopped watching and started building.
